Refund & Return Policy
At Vacuum Packers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be issued.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your product to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The product must be in original packaging with all accessories and manuals
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
If 7 days have passed since the delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
The item is returned without original packaging or accessories
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
Items purchased during special sale or clearance offers
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
A wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange either:
Replacement of the product, or
Full refund, depending on the situation.
Returns or replacements will be approved only after verification by our team. Customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item received) to help us review and process the request.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines:
UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card: 5–7 business days
Net Banking: 5–10 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
